State Common Entrance Test Cell (CET CELL), Government of Maharashtra shall conduct the Common Entrance Test for 2024 admissions in first year of four-year full time graduate degree course in Hotel Management and Catering Technology (HMCT), the application process for which is in progress.

Institutes : The admissions to the following institutes will be based on the score of MAH-HM-CET, provided they are approved & recognized by Government of Maharashtra and are affiliated to any of the Non- Agricultural University in Maharashtra State.

1. All Government Aided Institutes offering HMCT Course

2. All Un-Aided HMCT Institutes covered as per the Act

Key dates for MAH-HM-CET

Application window: 12 Jan to 31 Jan 2024

Date of entrance exam: 13 Apr 2024 (Tentative date)

Date clash: Please note that MAH-HM-CET date overlaps/clashes with Round 3 date of KREA University (11 – 13 Apr 2024). Hence test date/slot for KREA may be booked keeping this in mind.

All India Eligibility: While reservation benefits are provided to Maharashtra domicile candidates, admission is open to non-Maharashtra candidates as well.
